Lake Region Therapy Services consists of a team of Physical and Occupational Therapists
specializing in treatment and prevention of chronic pain.
Steve Jensen, P.T.
 |
Steve is a 1992 graduate of the University of North Dakota with B. S. in Physical Therapy,
working a vast variety of settings: including acute care, acute care orthopedic, LTC, out patient and
industrial therapy. He purchased Lake Region Therapy Services in August of 2010, prior to this has
taken several John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Courses. He has worked the last 12 years with a
75% chronic pain patient population. He has also taken 2 courses in functional capacity evaluations,
pre-employment or post-offer employment testing, job site analysis (to setup screenings for new
employees) and ergonomic assessments. Training also in vestibular/balance rehab and setting up
screenings for those 50 and older. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family, fishing, hunting,
playing sports and enjoying God’s creation. |
Carol Berger, LMT
 |
Carol is a graduate of Sister Rosalind
Gefre School of Massage Therapy. Carol has specialized
training in reflexology, craniosacral therapy, myofascial
mobilization, heated stone massage, and medical massage. In
her free time, Carol enjoys helping out with her church social
functions, visiting with friends, and spending time at the lake. |
Julie A. Nodsle, OTR/L

Julie is a graduate of St. Catherine of
St. Paul with a B.A. in Occupational Therapy and has been a
therapist of 19 years in a variety of settings. She received
her Lymphedema/Venous Edema Certification in 2004. She has had
extensive John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Training. Julie is
also certified in the use of physical agent modalities. In her
free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, taking care of
her horses, and reading. |

Carolyn G. Pierce, OTR/L
 |
Carolyn is a graduate of the University of
North Dakota with a B.S. in Occupational Therapy and has been a
therapist of 30+ years in a variety of settings. She began
private practice in November of 2000 and since 1993 has become an
advanced intermediate practitioner of Myofascial Release treatment.
Carolyn has assisted at a John F. Barnes Myofasical Release course.
Due to personal experience with chronic medical conditions, she is
able to treat clients with empathy and lead them effectively through
their healing process. In her free time, Carolyn enjoys
spending time at the lake with her family, reading, and taking long
walks. |
